Weber Genesis S-320 Natural Gas Grill Review
The Weber Genesis S-320 has a stainless steel finish and includes everything needed for preparing a well grilled spread, this particular model is the natural gas version and there are a couple of minor differences between this grill and its liquid propane counterpart. There are three stainless steel burners built into the grill and its primary cooking area measures at 507 square inches, the cooking grates for the grill are designed to resist rust and are also composed from stainless steel.
You’ll appreciate the grills warming rack at times when you have a lot of friends and family to feed and you want them all to eat at the same time, aside from keeping your recently grilled food warm you can also use the warming rack for getting hot dog and burger buns nice and warm. The main burners for the grill can produce up to 42,000 BTU’s and Weber have also included a side burner, the side burner can produce 12,000 BTU’s so you can cook mashed potatoes, sauces and other side dishes without your cooker.
You can do a fair amount of food preparation while standing at the grill since it has two stainless steel work surfaces; the grill also includes six tool hooks so you can keep your favorite cooking utensils handy while cooking your food. The S-320 has an electronic ignition system that efficiently gets the grill started when you’re ready to cook, four heavy duty caster are attached to the underside of the grill enabling you to move it around with moderate ease, the two wheels positioned at the front of the grill are lockable for keeping it firmly in position.
As the grill runs on natural gas you can have it attached to your gas supply at home so you can always fire up the grill, by connecting the grill to your gas supply its unlikely that you’ll ever run out of gas and you take away the hassle of moving and filling a gas tank.
The natural gas version of the S-320 includes a flexible hose for your gas that is ten feet in length; the other main difference is that the natural gas version of the S-320 doesn’t include a gas tank or precision fuel gauge. If you want to spit roast your food on the grill a low cost motorised rotisserie is available as an optional accessory, overall if you want a sturdy grill with a large cooking area that has the ability to produce significant heat you will find the S-320 has much to offer.
