Like other grills in the 300 series the E-310 uses the Weber electronic crossover ignition system, the crossover ignition system enables you to cook your food precisely the way you want it with the use of either direct or indirect heat.
The grill has a porcelain-enamelled shroud that includes a thermometer mounted in the center so you can determine its temperature at a glance; the grill also has stainless steel work surfaces you can make use of while cooking your food.
The grill has six hooks you can use for keeping spatulas, spoons and ladles handy while you’re cooking, you can store your liquid propane tank inside the grills enclosed LP tank area and the grill is also fitted with a gauge so you can tell how much gas is left in your tank.
The E-310 sits on four swivel casters and the two situated at the front are lockable so you can keep it firmly in position, as with other grills in the series you can attach an optional motorised rotisserie to the E-310 for spit roasting whole chickens or legs of lamb.
