The Grillco GC236-C offers a practical and simple means of cooking charcoal grilled food on a moderately large scale, the grill is ideal for mobile food services and while being large enough to produce food for a significant number of people it’s small enough to be transported around without the need for a large trailer.
Once you have the grill set up you can move it around fairly easily on flat surfaces as it has its own set of wheels, you can unscrew the wheels for the grill and remove them in seconds and this makes the job of transporting it around a whole lot easier. The cooking grate for the grill measures at 24*36 inches so laying on dozens of burgers or pieces of fish to cook doesn’t pose a problem, the grate is composed of steel bars that are nickel plated so that it can withstand the rigours of continual use.
Grillco have added safety springs to the grill so that you can easily adjust the height of its cooking grate while your cooking, if your food looks like it’s overcooking you can adjust the springs on the grills cooking grate allowing you to move your food higher up from the heat, if your food is undercooking you can easily lower the grate and at times this can save you having to add more fuel.
What’s also clever is the flip back grill feature that allows you to easily access the bottom of the grill for cleaning it or adding charcoal, the firebox for the grill is made from 12-gauge steel and can hold plenty of charcoal and for added durability there are wide steel channels on the grills underside. The grill is coated with a black enamel finish that is both non- toxic and can resist extreme heat.
The only real thing missing from the grill is a hood which would help to cut down on your cooking time significantly, thankfully if it’s essential you have a hood you can attach one to the grill and this comes as an optional accessory, the hood for the grill also has its own built in thermometer so you can monitor the grills temperature.
