Weber Genesis Gas Grill Top Picks
Weber Genesis grills have proven to be the most popular Weber grills in the US with the majority of us choosing a Genesis over other options in the Weber range, while the grills don’t have the same level of features as those found in the Summit series, they’re considerably cheaper and they include the necessary attachments if you decide you want to upgrade them later by adding a rotisserie or griddle.
If you cook in your back garden often then you’re likely to be cooking on a Weber Genesis for years to come as they are simply built to last, the majority of the grills are made from stainless steel and Weber also opted to use stainless steel for their cooking grates on the best models. The outer designs of the grills in the Genesis series look stylish and the stainless steel models in particular wouldn’t look out of place in a restaurant, here’s our run down of the current most popular Weber Genesis grills.
Weber Genesis S-320 Stainless Steel Propane Gas Grill
The Genesis S-320 is currently the most popular grill in the Genesis series and includes everything needed for preparing a perfectly cooked spread, since the grill runs on gas rather than charcoal it’s a lot easier to clean and it includes the famous flavorizer bars.
Weber recommend that you keep the grills lid shut to take full advantage of its smoking capabilities while you’re cooking, the smoke is produced from the meat or fish you cook on the grill that then infuses your food with extra flavor. The S-320 has three main burners and a thermometer for keeping an eye on the grills temperature; the grill also includes a side burner so that you don’t have to use your stove at the same time.

Weber Genesis E-320 Propane Gas Grill
The E-320 has the same dimensions as its stainless steel counterpart and also includes the side burner for your other cooking needs, the main difference with the E-320 is that it has porcelain enamelled cooking grates rather than stainless steel and its outer finish.
The grill still uses flavorizer bars for enhancing the taste of meat and fish and it has a thermometer mounted in the center of its lid, like its stainless steel counterpart the E-320 can produce 42,000 BTU’s per hour from its main burners. If you like the features of the S-320 but don’t need a stainless steel finish and you want to save yourself some extra money, the E-320 is worth considering. If you’re replacing an old grill of similar design you’re not likely to be disappointed.
