Cajun Stretch Grill Review
The Cajun Stretch charcoal grill provides cooks and chefs a massive cooking area and is a significantly robust piece of hardware, the majority of the 6 foot long grill is made from stainless steel and because of its size you can cook a great deal of food on it at once. The multi level coal tray for the Cajun Stretch is made from 12-gauge steel and this particular part comes with a 10-year warranty.
If you regularly need to prepare dozens of sausages or burgers or you need the means to cook large joints then the Cajun Stretch should prove to be very useful, the grills main cooking area has a 4 gauge cooking grid and you can set its position with the use of its multi-level arm control.
The Cajun Stretch also has a lid for sealing in smoke and while its handle is composed of stainless steel and hardwood it’s always best to use a pair of mitts when handling it during cooking.
The sides of the grill have some very handy adjustable air vents that are made from aluminium that help to cook your food to perfection, a significant number of accessories are available for the grill if you decide you want to upgrade it and some of these include a smoker box that you can attach to it without any tools and a deflector pan that can hold two quarts of liquid.
You can also do spit roasting on the Cajun Stretch as you can get a rotisserie for it as an optional accessory that has clip on brackets, the grill isn’t designed to be transported around on a regular basis but should serve its purpose if set in a fixed position.
The underside of the grill has four polypropylene legs that are highly resistant to corrosives and it has two wheels made of the same material so you can move it short distances.
